The NPD group revealed that the PlayStation 4, all SKUs combine was March’s bestselling console in the US, beating the Xbox One and the Nintendo Switch. The PlayStation 4 continues to dominate the market and is still the bestselling hardware of the past 12 months.
This does not however means that other console makers had a bad months. The 32GB Nintendo Switch with blue and red Joy-Con was in fact the top-selling item of the month. As for the Xbox One, according to NPD analyst Mat Piscatella, the console is selling more than it did in the past, but that is still not enough to outpace its competition.
