Every year, a big part of EA’s E3 presentation is their FIFA showing. This year was no difference and EA dedicated a sizable part of its EA Play press conference to the new that FIFA would now include the UEFA Champions League.
This is a big gain for the long-running football franchise as the Champions League is one of the most popular sports leagues in the world.
Earlier this year, news came out that Konami’s Pro Evolution Soccer would not renew its license of the UEFA league which instantly prompted talks about the possibility of EA picking up the license.
FIFA 19 will come out on Switch, PC, PS4 and Xbox One on September 28, 2018.
